By thus making intelligent use of our subjective mind, we, so to speak, create a nucleus, which is no sooner created than it begins to exercise an attractive force, drawing to itself material of a like character with its own, and if this process is allowed to go on undisturbed, it will continue until an external form corresponding to the nature of the nucleus comes out into manifestation on the plane of the objective and relative. This is the universal method of Nature on every plane. Some of the most advanced thinkers in modern physical science, in the endeavor to probe the great mystery of the first origin of the world, have postulated the formation of what they call "vortex rings" formed from an infinitely fine primordial substance. They tell us that if such a ring be once formed on the minutest scale and set rotating, then, since it would be moving in pure ether and subject to no friction, it must according to all known laws of physics be indestructible and its motion perpetual. Let two such rings approach each other, and by the _Law of Attraction_, they would coalesce into a whole, and so on until manifested matter as we apprehend it with our external senses, is at last formed. Of course no one has ever seen these rings with the physical eye. They are one of those abstractions, which result if we follow out the observed law of physics and the unavoidable sequences of mathematics to their necessary consequences. We cannot account for the things that we can see unless we assume the existence of other things, which we cannot; and the "vortex theory" is one of these assumptions. This theory has not been put forward by mental scientists but by purely physical scientists as the ultimate conclusion to which their researches have led them, and this conclusion is that all the innumerable forms of Nature have their origin in the infinitely minute nucleus of the vortex ring, by whatever means the vortex ring may have received its initial impulse, a question with which physical science, as such, is not concerned. As the vortex theory accounts for the formation of the inorganic world, so does biology account for the formation of the living organism. That also has its origin in a primary nucleus which, as soon as it is established, operates as a center of attraction for the formation of all those physical organs of which the perfect individual is composed. The science of embryology shows that this rule holds good without exception throughout the whole range of the animal world, including man; and botany shows the same principle at work throughout the vegetable world. All branches of physical science demonstrate the fact that every completed manifestation, of whatever kind and on whatever scale, is started by the establishment of a nucleus, infinitely small but endowed with an unquenchable energy of attraction, causing it to steadily increase in power and definiteness of purpose, until the process of growth is completed and the matured form stands out as an accomplished fact. Now if this were the universal method of Nature, there is nothing unnatural in supposing that it must begin its operation at a stage further back than the formation of the material nucleus. As soon as that is called into being it begins to operate by the _Law of Attraction_ on the material plane; but what is the force which originates the material nucleus? Let a recent work on physical science give us the answer; "In its ultimate essence, energy may be incomprehensible by us except as an exhibition of the direct operation of that which we call Mind or Will." The quotation is from a course of lectures on " Waves in Water, Air and Ether," delivered in 1902, at the Royal Institution, by J. A. Fleming. Here, then, is the testimony of physical science that the originating energy is Mind or Will; and we are, therefore, not only making a logical deduction from certain unavoidable intuitions of the human mind, but are also following on the lines of the most advanced physical science, when we say that the action of Mind plants that nucleus which, if allowed to grow undisturbed, will eventually attract to itself all the conditions necessary for its manifestation in outward visible form. Now the only action of Mind is Thought; and it is for this reason that by our thoughts we create corresponding external conditions, because we thereby create the nucleus which attracts to itself its own correspondences in due order until the finished work is manifested on the external plane. Intrinsic motivation is its own reward

Intrinsic motivation defined. Intrinsic motivation is defined as a state in which an individual is motivated by internal factors, as opposed to external agents. In simple words, you just feel very strongly on the inside about doing something! Have you ever taken an action because you thought it was the right or ethical thing to do? Have you ever taken up a cause you know will benefit others or just done something for the sheer joy of it? Those are examples of intrinsic motivation at work. While it is believed that intrinsic motivation is generally far stronger than extrinsic motivation, there are cases when the opposite is true, and external considerations take over. This is known as the "over justification" effect. Okay, so we'll cut the jargon out. Let's say you love the outdoors and spend most weekends trekking in the hills. You talk a group of friends into it, and before you know it, you've got a reputation as a great "adventure guide". So far, so good! Soon, you're conducting little excursions for the overworked staff of firms in your part of the world - and before you know it, that's a business you're running . Would you still want to take your friends on a trip? Or have commercial considerations done away with all that? This happens often enough, and that's why experts believe that it is best not to seek external rewards for actions where internal motivation is involved. Why fix something that ain't broke, right? At work in the workplace. Intrinsic motivation has been widely studied by researchers in the realm of education since the start of the 1970s. It was found that students who are intrinsically motivated tend to perform better, make higher grades and enjoy the learning experience more than the others. To draw a parallel, let your staff know that they play a key role in attaining their own personal goals. Once they get rid of the lady luck fixation, they will have motivation from within to work harder and better - not because you asked them to, but because they feel it's the right thing to do. From there on, it's a natural progression for them to try and excel at their given task, simply for they pleasure of being good at what they do. It only falls into the lap of a few people who have managed to solve the puzzle of life and became ultimate masters. Excellence has often been the result of true human potential and what is considered as paramount when in comparison to other human beings. The marvelous magic of excellence lies in every human being believe it or not but very few follow the specified path which leads them to realize the true excellence in them. Be as creative as a child- This is the very first lesson of excellence, you can not achieve excellence without being creative enough to come up with thoughts and let your creative self take over and be in charge of things. Children are the best example of creativity, since they know very little about the world they are not scared to try and are not afraid to be proven wrong. Our society has made us to build mental walls which block our creative thinking but the few who have managed to go beyond these walls have done a deed of greatness and achieve excellence. Therefore you should learn to be as creative as a child and let your thoughts flow freely without any limits of worrying about the outside world. Lack of ambition- You must be ambitious enough to achieve excellence. The mere thought about achieving excellence would not do you much good till the time you have a strong ambition to achieve something great and do something which has never been done before. Write your future- Another lesson of excellence is to write down your future. Yes it does seem silly but most people fail to realize that you are the creator of your own life. There is no luck or fortune guiding you. Everything is a result of your own actions. So it is that simple in order to achieve excellence write down what you want your life to be and what great things you need to achieve. Limit your expectations- People who have achieved excellence never worried about what other people had to say about them. You would find critics every step of the way but the biggest secret to excellence is to persevere and be patient. Let people say what they want to say, don't get hypnotized by what they say as it would mean they won over you. Critics are silenced the moment they discover your true potential and what you have achieved in life. Playing Your Part Within the Law of Attraction

Are you playing the part you want to play in your life with the Law of Attraction? Are you living your life exactly as you have envisioned it to be? If the answer is yes, then you have mastered the Law of Attraction but if your answer is no, you are like many others who feel like they fall short of getting what they want out of life. Imagine that you are a director that has just cast all the parts of an incredible play. You have selected every person exactly as the script reads. There is a town millionaire, there is the town clown, there is the depressed housewife, and the philandering husband. Each part was cast by you. Now let's look at this through the lens of the Law of Attraction. Your world is the stage, complete with the props, and you have cast you as one of the actors in the play. Which part did you cast for yourself? Are you the depressed housewife or the town millionaire, and are you playing your part to the fullest? This is how the Law of Attraction works. Inside of you is a you that is continually connected to the Universe and every human being on this Earth. The you is eternal and observes all that the physical does. You pick the role you play in your life, and you direct where your character is headed. Have you picked the role that you really want to live? If you haven't, change your role. Play the part that you want to play. And just as important, choose the characters who are in your play. They are the ones who surround you in your life, so pick carefully. If you want them to be a lead in your play, then put more focus to them but if you don't want them to be part of your life-play, lessen the focus on that person. It really is up to you how your play turns out. You can change the props, and you can change the stage (and the players!). Wouldn't it be hard to watch a play where the director has no idea what is going on and the props are all mixed up and you didn't know what character to play? This is what happens when you practice the Law of Attraction unintentionally. You are letting the play run without any direction. Run your play efficiently. Create the character you want to play and play it the best that you know how through your thoughts and feelings. Put the best cast together and find the perfect surroundings (stage) for you. When you have a beautifully put together show, replay it over and over again. If you don't like the role you are playing, change it. You have the choice to make someone in your life either an extra in your play or a lead role. It is up to you and the focus you put toward that particular person. You have every tool you need to play the role of your dreams through the Law of Attraction. Start directing and acting your own show. Don't let others do it for you because then it won't be your play anymore and you become merely a player in someone else's play, and an extra in your own.
